[09:07] <linuxgeek_> i also added a new user under default
[09:07] <linuxgeek_> that also did not work
[09:08] <linuxgeek_> need some help in settting password to default and new users
[16:47] <linuxgeek_> i booted an instance using the ubuntu 16.04 cloud image. it shows this message http://paste.openstack.org/show/529031/ and does not apply any cloud-init configuration.
[16:47] <linuxgeek_> i see the same behaviour with debian 8.5. centos 7 works
[16:48] <linuxgeek_> for debian 8.5, seems like https://bugs.launchpad.net/cloud-init/+bug/1454185
[16:48] <linuxgeek_> need pointers how to sort this
