rednammocHi, i'm having a question regarding word-writeable suid-files. i've experienced that the suid-flag is removed when a user who is not the owner of the file is making a change to it. i guess this is a kernel-feature -- any idea how this feature is called and when it was added to the kernel?19:01
apwrednammoc, yes that is a kernel feature, i would expect that to be a posix requirement, and likely in linux "always"20:04
rednammocapw, thx, any idea were i can read more about it?20:12
