[19:51] <dax> -d makes do-release-upgrade check the list of available versions that includes not-recommended upgrades such as development releases
[19:51] <dax> there's four files. two for lts, two for regular, based on the prompt= value. and then within those two, one is -devel and one is not based on -d being there or not
[19:52] <dax> which is probably more info than you want, but yeah, you'd need both changed to go 16.04 to 16.10 right now
