cyberanger | Good evening PCLine__ | 01:08 |
PCLine__ | Hey cyberanger | 01:10 |
PCLine__ | I am a happy Ubuntu User today. All my systems back up and running finally | 01:13 |
PCLine__ | Hows things with you? | 01:13 |
cyberanger | Messing with Debian Sid, iptables, tor and parcimore (amoungst other things) | 01:16 |
cyberanger | So a good day | 01:16 |
PCLine__ | I know what iptables are ... not sure about the other things. | 01:19 |
cyberanger | https://torproject.org for tor | 01:19 |
jenni | [ Tor Project: Anonymity Online ] - https://torproject.org | 01:19 |
cyberanger | parcimore I don't have a site for, kind of a gpg frontend for key management | 01:20 |
cyberanger | It'd help if I didn't typo it so badly, I meant parcimonie | 01:23 |
cyberanger | I still can't find the original, but I am now trying this reimplementation in bash https://github.com/EtiennePerot/parcimonie.sh | 01:24 |
jenni | [ GitHub - EtiennePerot/parcimonie.sh: Refresh your GnuPG keyring without disclosing your whole contact list to the world ] - https://bit.ly/2c02Xyq | 01:24 |
PCLine__ | Will check them out. | 01:31 |
PCLine__ | Dont think I will been them type of programs today - like to learn what I can do. | 01:31 |
PCLine__ | has anyone used do-release-upgrade yet? | 01:59 |
Unit193 | In my life? Yeeeep. | 02:00 |
PCLine__ | I think this will be my first major update on my setups! | 02:17 |
Unit193 | Ah, I can usually decently force apt/dpkg to do what I want, so even if it goes bad I can recover. Usually easier for me to upgrade than re-install. | 02:18 |
PCLine__ | I am running in a virtual pc so I just backup the 1 file and if anything goes bad jsut restore it and try again. | 02:23 |
