[01:27] <slrocketchat> @marcoceppi   we are using wip  layer-mongodb to deploy an instance of 2.6.10 ;  found that the default instance gives `MongoError: not master and slaveOk=false`  and needed a `rs.initiate()` from the mongo shell to make it primary before accessible (read/write)  ; is there any way to build this into the default instance?  tia
