[00:14] Guys did you hear the news about cyanogen? [00:15] I did [01:13] Rip in peace [01:13] Saw that coming quite a while ago [01:14] Hope the transition goes well [01:14] There a new project ready to take the reigns? [01:15] Linage OS [01:15] https://github.com/lineageos [01:15] Lineage OS my bad [01:29] @ahoneybun at least you didn't spell it Leneage [01:29] 😆 [02:55] @DanielCitrin, Only partially true - there were a few phones that shipped with a Cyanogen build OS that they partnered up with the OEM. These were the builds that included Cortana/MS Office. These phones will not get future updates from Cyanogen. [02:56] Anyone who uses a CyanogenMod build will still get updates as long as the developers maintain the builds outside of the Cyanogen build service [02:56] Like the OnePlus One [02:57] @ahoneybun, A few of them (the ones with the Cyanogen Logo on the back) [02:58] Any one of them can install it [02:58] Not just the ones with the Logo [02:59] True but as the build was never meant for users to flash on phones without the logo... I don't think that will impact too many [03:00] It was [04:21] Well, my friends in CM are saying the bulk of their efforts are moving to Lineage OS [04:21] Well as long as it's a peaceful move [04:21] ^ [20:25] @AbMind hey what time does the show start tonight at Falcon? [20:26] Nice
