[12:39] <cand> I have a translation project on launchpad. One user complained that he's not able to submit translations, saying it requires 100+ karma. I have set it to "open" permissions, the help says that allows everybody to do so, yet the user hit some karma limit

[13:49] <rbasak> micheal65536: I'd just try it. I'd guess that maintainer email address - probably not, but if the changelog isn't formatted as expected, you may have an issue.

[14:36] <rbasak> Yeah lintian will not like it. But I don't think Launchpad cares.
