aleksander0mwgrant, yes, just the last four; I also contacted the user via launchpad and told him that spam was being sent from his account08:46
aleksander0mwgrant, I see them removed, thanks; may be worth checking if the same user account posted comments in other bugreports as well08:47

KarthickHello, I am helping a friend in setting up a launchpad account. However we are getting this error http://i.stack.imgur.com/Iqebp.png18:10
KarthickWe have checked the key is available in the keyserver.. Could someone help?18:11
dobeyKarthick: on keyserver.ubuntu.com ? sometimes there is a delay between uploading the key there and it being visible to launchpad18:15
Karthickdobey, yes it is on  keyserver.ubuntu.com and we are able to see the key visible there18:15
dobeyKarthick: so it sounds like the account is set up fine, you just having trouble getting the key associated to it? i'd say wait a little bit and then try it again. also double check that the fingerprint you're telling launchpad is correct for the public key on the server18:18
Karthickdobey, i have searched using the name and found the key listed there, copied that finger print (confirmed on the machine too using 'gpg --fingerprint') and pasted it on the launchpad account and clicked on importkey.. And then we are seeing that error message.18:21
dobeyKarthick: and how long has it been since the key was pushed to the key server?18:23
KarthickIt is now more than 4 hours.18:23
dobeycan you try again then please once more?18:24
Karthickdobey, sure you want me to try now? or sometime later?18:25
dobeyKarthick: well it should be working by now i would think. also i think you need to leave off the "/1024" or whatever at the end of the fingerprint18:25
Karthickdobey, i have just tried it doesn't work.. Should i share you the key to confirm whether the format is correct?18:27
dobeysure you can pm me the fingerprint18:27
dobeyok i found the key on the keyserver. i'm not sure why it'd be failing. :-/18:36
dobeywgrant: ^^ if/when you're around, any ideas why gpg import would fail on launchpad if key is on server?18:36
Karthickone more question.. this uses https://login.launchpad.net ubuntuone account for signing in.. However i see a frequent logout.. (with in a minute).. Is there any timeout for this?18:56
dobeylogout from where?19:01
dobeyKarthick: do you have cookies disabled or something like that?19:03
