[12:10] Can Maas install firmware updates ? Can it be remotely accessed ? [13:31] Jp... [13:31] he left, i think :P [13:50] j/win 4 [14:56] hello, Why can't I login into the maas nodes ? I always get this error "Permission denied (publickey). [15:00] Did you add your SSH key to the MAAS nodes? [15:00] how do I add them to the nodes ? [15:02] I'm not sure, I'm still setting my MAAS instance up. Having trouble with that at the moment. [15:02] >_> [15:02] But in that screen there should be a section where you can pick what SSH keys to assign to the nodes assuming you've put in your SSH keys for your personal account when you initially set it up. [15:03] are you following a tutorial or the maas docs ? [15:03] MAAS docs. [15:04] When I initially set up my account on MAAS there was a section where MAAS asked me if I had SSH keys to add. [15:04] This is where you add them and then MAAS will make use of that when you set up your nodes. [15:05] Oh that section, yes I do have an ssh key and there's no reason for it not to work [15:08] Ok, so how were you SSHing to the node? You know the nodes have an ubuntu account you use to ssh into the nodes, right? [15:08] https://docs.ubuntu.com/maas/2.1/en/installconfig-checklist#ssh-to-the-node if not, here's the docs. [15:11] yeah that's how I tried ssh [15:11] like ssh ubuntu@ip_address [15:12] Hmm. Odd, then you should be SSH'd in fine. [15:12] You might want to try readding the SSH keys to the nodes then, in the node ui [15:16] the only way to access the node is through ssh
