floridagram<govatent> Has anyone upgraded to 17.04? I'm thinking of trying an in place upgrade from 16.10. I usually do clean installs.11:21
maxolasersquadI have it installed on my laptop, but it's been on the 17.04 channel since about a month after 16.10 came out.12:49
maxolasersquadI ran all the updates last night to get the final version.13:02
floridagram<govatent> I just started the in place upgrade13:47
floridagram<govatent> I've never done in place upgrades in the past. Always clean installs13:49
clvxI just did upgrade my laptop, Zetsy's theme is pretty good. No issues so far. 14:15
maxolasersquadI've found the ugprade process to be pretty good over the last few years.14:23
clvxwait.. I just found systemd-resolve is using 91% CPU =/14:25
maxolasersquadI did run into an issue upgrading my work laptop for 16.04 with the latex packages.14:26
maxolasersquadI've gotten good enough at apt that I can recover from such issues rather painlessly.14:27
floridagram<govatent> My upgrade went smooth14:32
clvxhmm.. systemd-resolve goes over 90% everytime I'm connected to a wifi network 14:44
clvxI found a bug in launchpad about it.. confirmed, but not assigned yet.. 14:45

clvxok, if you have an xps13 9350 DE, I don't recommend to upgrade to zetsy, systemd-resolve spins up to max even when it's connected by wire. 14:58
clvxI think I'm gonna reinstall the whole system.. laptop is unusable14:59
