[18:07] <tomreyn> Hi there. I'm trying to get better performance out of an RX580 on 16.04 with Ryzen 1800X (32 GB RAM), running I've got this Ryzen CPU (1800X) with 32 GB of RAM running mainline kernel 4.10.15-041015 (I have to since the CPU is not fully stable on the hwe-edge kernel and earlier).
[18:08] <tomreyn> I test using the "Shadows of Mordor" game. Its benchmark reports an average of 15 FPS at my native full screen resolution of 3440x1440.

[18:11] <tomreyn> It's stable (which I understan is an achievement by itself), just not performing well. Any suggestions?
