[06:33] o/ [06:51] hello o/ [08:24] kbmonkey welcome back [08:25] thank you Kilos, how are you my friend? [08:25] im ok ty and you? [08:26] just spending lots of day time in the sun [08:37] that is good to hear Kilos. I got back saturday, spent a month in Aus working there. [08:37] great [08:38] funny peeps with their noisy v8's [09:19] goeimore [09:22] more inetpro [09:32] hi inetpro [09:32] apie is terug [11:47] power gone . will disappear soon [14:24] any updates from CT on the weather? [14:25] did you guys at least get a bit of rain? [14:39] decent rain this side, wind massively overhyped we get stronger in gbay all the time [14:40] I hear some stories of roofs ripped off in other parts of the cape though [14:40] evening all [14:41] 46mm so far here today (and I think another 16 or so last night) [14:41] the real question of course is did any land up in the dams [14:42] MaNI: lots of roofs ripped off and trees felled in city and southern suburbs. Worst winds we've had in a long time [14:43] Apparently it hit the catchment areas nicely, including snow in some. So we'll have to see [14:44] Think we are sheltered from wind in this direction. Usually it hits us harder than everyone else, but this was not the usual direction [14:48] not done yet either, so there is that :) [14:59] MaNI: gbay? [15:01] is that Gansbaai? [15:04] or I guess Gordons Bay [15:08] should die down by about 4am [15:08] inetpro: I read it as gordons bay [15:10] paddatrapper: thanks [15:10] * inetpro clearly doesn't know the Cape [15:12] but it's quite interesting how one area can be affected badly while another almost nothing [15:12] nature still rules [15:13] that's for sure, but I am really enjoying it (being safe and warm helps) [15:58] gordons bay [15:59] Cape has several mountain ranges, so weather varies greatly depending on which side of what mountain range you are on [18:08] Hi guys [18:16] Guten Abend smile [18:17] lächelst du immer noch? [18:20] inetpro: ja, leuk hé? [18:20] haha, how are you doing? [18:20] goed hoor, ik moest vandaag werken [18:20] jij? [18:22] alles goed, dankie [18:23] what work did you have to do today smile? [18:24] I had to investigate a weird bug, it was fixed but then it popped up again in another variety [18:25] I pinpointed the issue to be a wrongly assigned variable and a variable missing assignment (for my job) [18:25] and then we found probably the cause of tasks staying locked while the lock should have been released [18:25] and I made a proof-of-concept fix for another bug [18:26] I deployed it to our testing environment, but I still need to test it [18:26] my development machine broke, so I bypass that for now [18:27] but my computer mouse broke in the middle of that all, so I went home by 13:00 to work from there [18:27] with another computer mouse [19:06] yikes! === tumbleweed_ is now known as tumbleweed
