[08:43] <alkisg> E.g. would diff -R <3.19>/proc/sys/vm vs <4.2>/proc/sys/vm and playing with the settings there help?
[08:55] <alkisg> Xenial with 3.19 works, /me reboots into xenial with 4.2 to verify it's broken there...
