[12:48] https://lists.debian.org/debian-hurd/2017/06/msg00017.html [13:45] https://protonvpn.com/ [13:45] ? [13:46] VPN service provied to ProtonMail Plus users [13:46] I'm curious how to use those VPN settings in android [13:49] It would depend on how they implement it, (L2TP, IPSec, OpenVPN or a Dedicated App) [13:50] well for Linux it uses OpenVPN in their docs [13:50] but GNOME and not KDE [13:51] If it used OpenVPN, the Desktop Environment wont matter (Just the instructions to configure it would vary slightly) [13:51] yea that part [13:52] as the network manager gui for gnome has an edit to add vpns [13:53] Honestly the built in one for Gnome has a lot of limits. It does however allow you to easily import a .ovpn file - It does not have the ability to set the VPN as "Always On". I use the old network manager package for that [13:54] right ther you go [13:55] To be honest, that is actually something much easier to setup in Linux then Windows (even though on Linux, you must install a few extra packages) [13:55] On Windows, it is a pain [15:52] mm all the tuts about openvpn are using their app [15:52] but I want to use the settings in android [15:55] There are several OpenVPN applications for Android. I personally use OpenVPN Connect [15:56] but the UI is still HOLO f [15:56] Sorry - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.blinkt.openvpn [15:57] ahh now that looks better [15:59] It has some cool features - it allows you to exclude certain applications from the VPN, can start on boot and can add a quick tile [15:59] Nice, that first one would be Netflix as they don't like vpns [16:03] Thanks @KMyers [16:03] ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ [16:05] nice [16:44] N/win 8 [16:55] ? [17:06] finally got the ProtonVPN to work on Plasma [17:45] @AdamOutler - There is a new update to MyGlass - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.glass.companion === meetingology` is now known as meetingology [19:12] Um [19:13] Whoops [19:13] I see June 19 on mine :p [19:14] Damn.. The dates are all over the place. Mine has June 12th, yours sees June 19th but the old version number (3.5.0 vs 3.5.8) [19:14] But yours is June 12 and a higher version. I have no idea what is going on. [19:29] I'm a level5 local guide now! [19:31] Got free Google stuff [20:05] @KMyers how often does Amazon Prime Now restock? [20:05] I was going to grab a case but their out of it now [20:11] @ahoneybun, No clue [20:11] ahhh I see they have it again [20:15] @KMyers I'll be by later to see if we can get that mirco sd card to work [20:52] I thought you said it was the reader [20:54] I think it's the converter [20:57] plus kinda want to use Prime Now for something [20:58] Ok [20:58] just need to find something to reason that $20 limit
