[09:47] if xfce4-terminal is your default terminal (and it is if you didn't change settings), ask the monodevelop developers [09:48] It is, but MonoDevelop doesn't care [09:49] then ask their developers; if they don't care either, then i don't think you can do much about it [09:49] mm.. [09:49] except maybe compile monodevelop yourself and change the hardcoded value in the code or sth [09:54] I tried that. It's in the config file actually. === dreamon_ is now known as dreamon [16:14] quick question. I had to switch to Unity to be able to get displaylink driver and proxy network settings working. Is there a tool for xfce similar to the unity network manager that has global proxy settings? Also the display settings manage from unity for xfce? In xfce I cannot get multiple monitors working but it works fine in unity settings. [16:25] for the proxy question, no there is not, you need to manually edit some files with the proxy setting, i don't remember which ones, for the monitors i've had several monitors hooked to my computer and they all worked allright, including a projector once P: [16:33] I can manage the proxy settings manually, I just liked how easy it was to turn on and off in the unity settings. The monitors, I was doing fine with 3 displays, but it failed when I addded a displaylink dock. I was able to get the correct drivers but it doesn't seem to work well in the xfce settings. Thanks for the feedback, I'll put together some better information. [18:30] hello [18:33] hello [18:34] how are you? [19:11] dmesg is the kernel ring buffer. [19:11] Just check the logs in /var/log/ and dmesg. [19:12] logs can help you diagnose if something is clearly wrong, but they won't tell you "everything is fine" [19:12] found, boot.log [19:13] thank you guys [19:15] Liking it so far [19:16] ok, found a issue [19:17] I do youtube videos.
