[00:10] any active users of usbip? [00:10] *USB/IP [07:15] katebash? [11:36] Hey folks. I'm giving the new Lubuntu Next a spin but I can't seem to turn off screen blanking, even when a full screen app is running. How would I go about fixing this? [11:37] f76: First of all, that image is extremely experimental :) [11:37] f76: But nevertheless I'll try to give you a hand [11:38] it's actually holding up pretty well. [11:38] f76: What do you mean by "screen blanking"? [11:38] Oh cool :) [11:38] It turns off the screen after 10 minutes. [11:38] Just a blank screen. [11:38] Oh, interesting. [11:38] It's not a big deal, but the control panel settings don't seem to affect it. [11:39] f76: Try looking in Power Management settings [11:39] I've set idle to be at 600 minutes, but that hasn't worked. [11:40] Weird. [12:01] I think an update might have fixed it. If I turn off the idle watcher it seems to stay on now. It still doesn't seem to disable it for fullscreen apps, but that's par for the course for an alpha build. [12:03] Looks like it's going to be a really nice distro overall. [12:19] dang it turned off at 10 minutes again [12:20] I'll see if the xfce-power-manager package can help [13:14] Ok, it seems that the xfce power manager isn't helping here. I could use some assistance if it's around. [13:33] f76: Send an email to the lubuntu-devel mailing list :) [13:33] f76: I have to get some sleep, but there are people on there who are more than willing to help :) [13:34] (including me :P) [18:31] hi guys need help with my broken USB and testdisk [23:22] Hello gentleman [23:22] how you doing today [23:22] :) [23:33] l-tu: well, we're not all gentlemen. [23:33] Sorry [23:33] Ladies and genlemans [23:33] <3 [23:36] did you need something? [23:38] Yes got it fixed [23:39] haha
