[01:58] Anybody here ? [02:26] @wolverineav [02:27] I want to know what kind of cool things I could do with jujucharms.com [02:29] spining programs on clouds easily sounds sweet but If I don't have exciting project and or ideas t o ofer any one value based on the services I am still at square one. [02:29] What are you excited about juju charms for anyone ? [02:30] If i could use this to move ojbjcts i the physical world it would be fun. === stormmore is now known as Budgie^Smore === chigang__ is now known as chigang [06:32] Hello All, Can someone please point me documentation for configuring neutron + ovs in juju base setup ? [07:56] hmm how do i redeploy a unit? [07:56] the openstack dashboard is not wokring [09:03] I am trying to code kubernetes-master and kubernetes-worker charms for now, since changing options in the already existing ones is pretty complicated [09:03] I am installing services via snap, but for some reason the kube-apiserver always fails to start (due to apparmor i think) [09:03] how do I start kube-apiserver then? Rest all start fine [09:32] hello guys, why I can't open Juju Gui on a VPN connection? while I've not any issue with MAAS or Landscape? someone knows why? thanks [09:34] I've opened a post here https://askubuntu.com/questions/936248/not-view-juju-gui-on-vpn-connection [11:14] dakj: can you open the web console and see what errors might be present? [11:15] dakj: you got to the base page so seems the path/port is accessible but for some reason it's not able to connect to the Juju controller websocket and it's hanging there. [12:10] rick_h: the error on its dashboard is reported on that post. it rests in pending in Requesting code, and nothing else. [12:11] dakj: so there's likely to be a browser error in the browser console. On Linux you can use ctrl-shift-j I believe to open the console tools. [12:13] rick_h: so let me make that, I'll post the result. [12:13] dakj: awesome ty [12:20] rick_h: here is the result https://pasteboard.co/GBlNRzf.png [12:22] dakj: so that looks like the computer the GUI is running on can't reach the api.jujucharms.com url. Now, that shouldn't prevent the loading of the GUI though. That's a bug I'll get looked at. [12:33] rick_h: ok thanks [12:49] Hello good folks. Need some assistance with subordinate charms [12:49] I am writing a subordinate charm which is subordinate of ceilometer application [12:49] but needs a regular relation with mysql:shared-db interface [12:50] is this possible to achieve? [12:59] rich_h: can you help me with Openstack base? I've already deployed on my lab and about that I've not issue, but when I try to create a new instance the result is "no networks defined". Have you any idea? [13:17] dakj: hmm, that's going to be in the openstack setup. There's a bunch of questions around that online: https://askubuntu.com/questions/934780/no-networks-defined-on-openstack and https://ask.openstack.org/en/question/58923/error-http-404-no-networks-defined/ and such [13:18] rick_h: the first one is mine. [13:19] dakj: oh heh, ok. [13:25] dakj: so looking at https://github.com/openstack-charmers/openstack-community seems the best bet might be an email to the openstack team email list.
