DirtyEarHi, is there anybody?03:59
DirtyEarI recorded a video with the date and the hour. When I import the videos to my ubuntustudio I can see the info in the video, but when I try to edit the video, the date and hour just gone. I need that info in my video but everytime and every program I've been used, does'n show that info. What I have to do in order to keep that info in the video?04:03
DirtyEarI have tried Pitivi, Kdenlive and openshot04:03

alebDirtyEar: if you file a feature request, we could see what we can do about it: https://phabricator.freedesktop.org/tag/pitivi14:27
alebbe as detailed as possible, and maybe attach a video file example14:28
alebDirtyEar: I'm not at my workstation now. You could click Effects and search for "time" - I see GStreamer has a timeoverlay plugin.14:30
DirtyEarThanks aleb14:30
DirtyEarWhat you say is to try on pitivi, look for effects>time14:31
DirtyEarright?14:31
alebyes14:31
DirtyEarThanks. I'll try14:32
DirtyEarOk. I found "Timeout Indicator14:34
DirtyEarBut it doesn-t anything14:35
DirtyEarWhen I see the video from the library, it shows the time, but when I add the video to the timeline and play de preview, it doesn't show the time14:36
DirtyEarThanks aleb, but that effect doesn't show the date and hour14:47
alebok, thanks for checking. If you file a feature request we can look into using the "timeoverlay" plugin.14:49
alebso the functionality is available through an effect14:49
DirtyEarI don't understand you, excuse me aleb14:57
DirtyEarI recorded the video with the info. The file is .mts and when I see the file in Parole, the video shows date and hour. When I import the video to any software that info doesn't appear15:00
DirtyEarI've been try with pitivi, openshot and kdenlive, but any of those shows that info15:01
DirtyEarIs there any way to import the video with that information, I mean, date and time?15:01
alebDirtyEar: I mean if you file a feature request at https://phabricator.freedesktop.org/tag/pitivi (look for "create task"), we can add this feature. It might be something easy in which case we'll implement it soon.15:02
alebBut we need for example a file so we can test that it works..15:03
alebI'm talking about Pitivi, I don't know about the others.15:03
DirtyEarHow can I do that?15:03
alebyou have to register and then you can click "create task"15:04
alebhttps://usercontent.irccloud-cdn.com/file/lGxIfFaG/Screen%20Shot%202017-07-26%20at%2017.04.08.png15:04

DirtyEarOk I already registered15:05
DirtyEarI'm on new task.15:06
DirtyEarI have to upload the file in order you test the new feature to design?15:06
