[03:52] Ubuntu 16.04 cojure-up. I keep getting failure when it gets to glance.. I have searched and cannot find a solution anywhere. http://paste.ubuntu.com/25287893/ === frankban|afk is now known as frankban [10:59] kjackal: kjackal_ : https://jujucharms.com/u/aakashkt/kubernetes-ovn/ [10:59] Thanks for all your help :-) [10:59] oh yeah, do tell me how I can fix the diagram on that page [11:25] hi ak_dev to fix the diagram you will need to specify the exact position of each service in the graph. This is done in an annotations section in bundle.yaml. Have alook here: https://api.jujucharms.com/charmstore/v5/canonical-kubernetes/archive/bundle.yaml [11:30] hey kjackal_ i've not had time to delve back into it yet [11:30] but i did notice https://docs.google.com/document/d/1z55a7tLZFoRWVuUxz1FZwgxkHeugtc2nHR89skFXSpU/edit# lxc hit the mesos working group roadmap [11:33] Wow! This is awesome magicaltrout. Not sure what the timetebale for that is. What does "it is in our roadmap" mean? [11:35] I see it is probably towards the end of the year [11:36] they have a bunch of volunteers on the working group meetings, I doubt LXC comes anywhere high up the list of important stuff, but at least it got added [11:36] I'll swing by one of those meetings at some point to delve further [11:42] magicaltrout: just pinged this student that is interested in working on this. Lets see if he is going to come forward and volunteer [11:42] cool, i should have some bandwidth from late september going forward [11:42] to help [12:09] you gonna be in NYC kjackal_ ? [12:15] magicaltrout: yeap I will be seeing you there! [12:16] cool [13:56] kjackal_: hey, thanks, will have a look at it [13:56] kjackal_: the connection are done the same way? via annotations? [14:03] ak_dev: the connations are infered by the relations among charms [14:45] kjackal_: oh [14:45] (braziercustoms) Ubuntu 16.04  cojure-up. I keep getting failure when it gets to glance.. fails to get charm from charm store.... see error http://paste.ubuntu.com/25287893/ [14:46] kjackal_: it does not seem to take up right relations then, since it is way different than what is shown [14:47] ak_dev: It could be that some lines overlap [14:58] Anyone can help at all? I'm kinda new to this and want to understand better but I can't get it to work properly.. http://paste.ubuntu.com/25287893/ === primeribz is now known as rahworkx [16:04] kjackal_: thanks, its done now :-) === frankban is now known as frankban|afk [16:50] notice an issue when removing a user on version 2.2.2.. after i remove user and attempt to add the exact same username it fails with message "ERROR failed to create user: username unavailable" [20:48] cory_fu: braziercustoms is running into http://paste.ubuntu.com/25287893/ [20:50] braziercustoms: can you `pastebinit ~/.local/share/juju/bootstrap-config.yaml` [20:51] braziercustoms: Is outbound network access from the openstack-novalxd deployment restricted? Specifically, it looks like the controller can't connect to api.jujucharms.com. [20:53] @stokatchu sure @cory_fu it started with fresh ubuntu install. I installed xubuntu desktop and openssh. The only things I changed before conjure-up was gave the machine a static up on my network. [20:58] @stokachu http://paste.ubuntu.com/25292705/ [21:00] braziercustoms1: is this for all charms or just a few of them? [21:01] @stokachu It lists a different charm each time I try to conjure-up [21:05] I imagine it's just reporting the first one it happens to try to deploy, with the order being undertermined [21:07] @cory_fu that's what I was thinking.. but I will say if you don't quit when it pops up the install appears to go on and I end up with running machines [21:07] Very strange [21:07] stokachu: Is it possible that there's some delay before the lxd bridge is ready? [21:08] yea it's possible [21:19] @cory_fu @stokachu am I the only one with this problem? Why me? Is it my hardware? I'm playing on a dell poweredge 6950. 16 cores 64GB ram. SAS drives.. [21:19] that error is not related to hardware [21:21] braziercustoms: i dont really have an answer as to why this is happening atm, i would need to do some more digging [21:22] @stokachu anything I can do to help? [21:22] braziercustoms: i guess open an issue at https://github.com/conjure-up/conjure-up/issues/new and make sure to provide the data requested in the template [21:22] so i can try to reproduce [21:28] @stokachu ok. [23:02] Hey, anyone run into an issue where packages in wheelhouse/ aren't being installed by a reactive charm? End result is hook/install fails because charmhelpers isn't installed. [23:19] @stokachu I think its a complete issue with the bridge. I just tried the --edge version and it asked which interface to create the bridge for and the release version did not.. [23:19] so maybe the release version never created the bridge?
