I am using an Acer Aspire ES1-711 laptop and it won't Shutdown, Restart or Suspend. My research suggests that it maybe a VBIOS issue. I have update the BIOS but haven't been able to see how to update the VBIOS. Can anyone point me to a resource I can use to solve this problem? Thank you in advance for
