[20:03] <infinity> MaaS Exception: I've lost context on this and need to double back and see if this is in their court our mine (well, the SRU team's) at this point (ie: are they ready for review).

If people concur that this is true, the same set of rules has been retroactively applied to 16.04 as well, but it requires a re-publish to take effect (which I still need to test on dogfood for potential gotchas)
