[08:52] morning boys and girls. [09:00] \o [09:01] o/ [10:11] o/ [10:12] o/ [11:49] 1 [11:52] 2 [12:05] 2 1/2 [12:07] 3 [12:07] Couldn't get focus on screen :) [12:08] makes it way harder to count the pixels that way... :-) [12:23] heheh [12:28] Random question, does anyone know of a gadget I can use to print QR code labels? I've tried label printer in my laser printer, but it's really hard to get them lined up right. [12:31] i think they can be printed on any printer... it really comes down to cost of printer and consumables... [12:33] yeah, we've used proper Zebra label printers for work, but I've also printed one on my HP here and it works with my phone [12:33] I'd go with quality of print is part of the issue, try from a PDF on screen and same after printing [12:37] perhaps a laser printer with a better single page feed? [12:38] then sorting the templates for whatever app you're printing from [15:52] Azelphur: why not a Dymo? [21:38] daftykins: could do [22:46] last time i had access to a printer specifically for labels from a computer was mid 90s... an avery label printer iirc... [23:32] :D [23:32] i've been amused recently when clients on Windows 10 have gone to print a normal page - and because 10 tries to be clever in 'managing' your default printer, they've been presented by the cutest little diddy 1" high rendition of their document [23:33] haha [23:46] postage stamp mode: saves on paper and postage... :-P [23:47] it does! [23:52] postage stamp mode even prints your postage stamp! [23:52] something i got from ebay the other day had a printed one, it just said "Only to be used once" and wasn't crossed through or anything after delivery [23:52] so surely that could be done once, posted back to the sender and then used over and over
