[15:53] With all these react clients looking similar and serving similar functions, I have been thinking about stacking them together [23:16] hi- I'm a beginner typing on my windows computer. I have another computer with ubuntu on it that I installed, but it's slow b/c it's only a centrino duo processor. So I thought I would try to install xubuntu, but I'm having a hard time understanding how to do it. Can someone direct me in this step by step? I would be very grateful. :) [23:17] I thought I would try to install xubuntu 16.04 lts. [23:32] well, you go put the cd in, select install, and follow the instructions [23:32] or dvd [23:32] select the part to connect to network while doing it in case something needs to be downloaded [23:33] xubuntu13d, what step are you currently in? [23:38] i don't have a cd. I want to create a bootable flash drive. [23:39] I'm downloading pendrivelinux universal usb installer right now. [23:40] I found a youtube video that may help me through this. Can I try using to do it and if I have questions, can I come back on here and ask you for help? [23:42] ok, so the pendrivelinux exe that i downloaded won't work when I try to open it. so, maybe this video is not for me.
