[08:35] <ndec> we got a bug report on 96boards , and the user seems to be using the original 4.4 based kernel, which is quite old by now, and misses many improvements.

[14:38] <ogra_> ndec, #snappy would probably be the better place to ask ... the ubuntu-core kernels are all based on 4.4 though since thats what we support in the 16.04 cycle ... they get regular backports and security fixes to a certain extend though ... ppisati would be the person to ask about the state
