I am finding out that while the majority of the bugs I set were fine, there were a few false ones, which have now been corrected, I believe.

[18:55] <bdmurray> Wimpress: To be clear the DistUpgrade.cfg file is read when the upgrade is being calculated and the section you are modifying is relevant for packages currently installed on the system so ubuntu-mate-cloudtop should still be in DistUpgrade.cfg.xenial because it is a valid meta package on 16.04.
