[15:15] <jrwren> I've wanted to replace my mom's crap windows laptop with desktop linux for a while now (she continuously gets viruses and randsomware) but she has an attachment to MS Office. This bridges that gap.

[15:20] <cmaloney> I think the one thing that didn't work was the MS browser engine that they were using to display stuff (Cairo/Webkit alike)
[15:32] <jrwren> with IE/edge not being a separate download at all anywhere anymore, they can't even do something where they suggest downloading it :(
