Someone (I do not know who, this channel has got PRIVATE flag) created and registered the channel #lubuntu-it (it's not an official channel, it's not listed in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/IRC/ChannelList). The channel is empty (ChanServ and me only). I need to take control of the channel to forward incoming users to #ubuntu-it.
