[21:38] <ErichEickmeyer> WMRamadan: She's right. Uploading packages has to go through the proper channels, which I'm still learning, but -release is part of that team. Getting to this team takes a while (I'm not even on it, but as the release manager for Ubuntu Studio I make certain decisions regarding packages and their effect on the Studio flavor.)
