I have problems with Kubuntu 18.04. The live USB was crashing after a few time, I tried with "nomodeset" and it was working (I gave a nvidia GTX 1050m gpu). I upgraded my 17.10 kubuntu on my pc to 18.04 and the system won't start. nomodeset gives the same result.
