[14:58] <cjwatson> aspiers: that one really is a "wait a bit longer" case - it usually seems to take around ten minutes to clear.  it's some strange internal lock in our database that blocks creating temporary tables, we think - we're hoping that the next big postgresql upgrade we do will help
