[23:16] <gf2> OK,thanks hggdh. I have been subscribing to all of the bugs I have worked on over the last week, so I can track my stats. I have worked on 453 old thunderbird tickets so far starting from 2008 up to Aug 2012. I have about a 10% response rate from reporters. Many say "close it." But some say, "It's still a problem" so I am trying to replicate and to find duplicates. I want to track those few that need more steps.
