[03:19] cjwatson any chance you could fix this? https://launchpadlibrarian.net/382025858/upload_15232976_log.txt [03:45] Lord-Kamina: Is something unclear about the error? [03:45] It refused to upload a package because it found newer binaries in another. [03:46] Lord-Kamina: Both source packages are producing binaries with the same names. [03:47] You'll need to fix that if you want both source packages to exist in the same archive and series. [03:48] It's kind of the point, they're different versions of gcc. [03:49] And it's gotta be possible to fix without messing with the packages, most of them are essentially copies from the toolchain test builds ppa; I just copied and rebuilt them to only hold amd64 and i386 versions. [03:50] You copied two different source packages that both assume they are the one that produces those binaries. There's a conflict there that you need to fix. [03:51] It may be, for example, that you don't need the older version to build those runtime libraries any more [03:56] I copied two source packages that were originally on the same ppa [03:56] Because they depend on each other [03:57] It's the other way around... for some reasons you need the newer versions to build the old ones [03:57] They may have been built in the opposite order. [05:26] wgrant, it's probably possible to fix it by deleting everything in the ppa and rebuilding from scratch, using the original as a dependency. [05:26] That's gonna mean at least a day of re-compiling though. [05:43] Lord-Kamina: Why are you rebuilding the toolchain, anyway? [05:44] Mostly I want to make sure it stays available because if for whatever reason the test team decide to remove it, it would break building for all my ppas. [05:52] Lord-Kamina: Hm, why not just copy the binaries?: [06:01] That's mostly a bit of ocd on my part. I wanted to be able to mess around with the ppa and the binaries are several tens of gbs of architectures I'll never use. [09:34] Can anyone see if someone made https://launchpad.net/bugs/1710637 private? [09:35] Error: ubuntu bug 1710637 not found [09:35] Can't remember having had that happen to me before, but I guess not getting emailed about that would make sense if I'm not going to be allowed to see it after it's private. === chihchun is now known as chihchun_afk === chihchun_afk is now known as chihchun === chihchun is now known as chihchun_afk [18:43] I'm having issues logging into Launchpad with UbuntuOne errors [19:09] I get an error id anytime I try to login to launchpad...
