[11:15] flocculant: indeed :) [12:59] Could this be a problem with xfwm as this behaviour doesn't occur on other desktop environments? https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1484877 [12:59] Mozilla bug 1484877 in Widget: Gtk "[Xfce][CSD] Context menu and autoscroll position incorrect in un-maximized window with title bar disabled on Xfce" [Normal,Unconfirmed] [13:26] I tested it with xfwm 4.13.1 on cosmic. The same thing happens. [13:31] ondondil: disable xfwm4's builtin compositor [13:42] xfwm 4.13.1 on cosmic with compositor disabled - now it works correctly but there's a caveat [13:43] if I open unmaximized window it works fine until I snap window to the side of the screen. Then the wrong behavior reocurrs [13:44] or open maximized window -> snap it to the side of the screen (it works correctly) -> snap it to the other side and the wrong behavior reoccurs [13:47] I saw this report some days ago [13:47] https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14807 [13:47] bugzilla.xfce.org bug 14807 in General "Snapping and exiting fullscreen firefox without titlebar (and CSD apps) is broken" [Normal,New] [13:48] ondondil: you will to report the issue to the maintainer of xfwm [13:48] so that he can look into that [13:50] okay, thanks for pointing me in the right direction brainwash (IRC) [15:16] I described my the issue here https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14807#c4 [15:16] bugzilla.xfce.org bug 14807 in General "Snapping and exiting fullscreen firefox without titlebar (and CSD apps) is broken" [Normal,New] === ackeronuk is now known as acheronuk
