[05:58] Greetings. [05:59] Is there a way to be notified of new tags in a launchpad.net project? e.g. via rss/atom ? [11:53] cousin_luigi: Do you mean a bzr branch or a git repository? [11:56] cousin_luigi: In either case, I don't think there's a way to do that at the moment. You can subscribe to a Bazaar branch and be notified of new revisions in the branch, but I don't think there's anything to notify you of new tags. In the Git case, even new-commit subscriptions aren't implemented yet. [12:22] cjwatson: I'm not sure, https://launchpad.net/rapid/pyqt this is the one I'd like. [12:22] cjwatson: Milestones and releases, I suppose. [12:22] cousin_luigi: I don't understand what you mean by "tag" then. [12:22] Oh right. [12:23] If it's not possible, is there a suggestion box somewhere? [12:23] I don't believe we have any kind of feed for that. [12:23] We have a bug tracking system for that kind of thing. https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad [12:24] Though there is already a bug about this. https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+bug/424189 [12:24] Ubuntu bug 424189 in Launchpad itself "Subscribe to milestones and series" [Low,Triaged] [12:24] cjwatson: Thanks, will file a feature request to that effect then. [12:24] Oh. [12:25] 2009. I won't hold my breath. [12:25] No work on that is currently planned, indeed. [12:27] I guess I'm out of luck. [12:28] bbl! [16:14] cjwatson, I just discovered that a snap on LP can be configured to use snapcraft as a snap from a specific channel when an automated build is triggered by changes in the branch, but I don't seem to be able to do that when manually requesting a build from the /+request-builds page, is there a way to do that? [17:18] oSoMoN: https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+bug/1791265 [17:18] Ubuntu bug 1791265 in Launchpad itself "Manual snap builds don't allow for snapcraft/snapd channel selection" [Undecided,New] [17:52] cjwatson, thanks, any chance of getting this scheduled? [17:53] I'll see if I can fit it in somewhere, but not promising [17:53] You can work around it using the API [18:05] cjwatson, if there's a workaround that's good enough for me, is there documentation for the API? [18:07] oSoMoN: https://dogfood.paddev.net/+apidoc/devel.html#snap-requestBuilds [18:07] err [18:07] oSoMoN: https://launchpad.net/+apidoc/devel.html#snap-requestBuilds, sorry, over-clever firefox location bar [18:08] you can probably ignore the async stuff there unless you're building an app on top of LP that needs to check [18:11] thanks, I'll check and play with it after dinner === chrisccoulson_ is now known as chrisccoulson [23:18] More cleanup needed on https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu 675995, and 676001, 676003-676007 [23:18] Error: Ubuntu bug 675995 could not be found [23:19] last one is 676006 not 007 [23:21] jeremy31: done [23:21] jeremy31: (https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+addquestion is better though) [23:22] cjwatson I do post there sometimes about spam, but I was on IRC anyhow [23:23] fortunately I happened to be as well, but that won't always be the case and sometimes I miss scrollback [23:24] If I see it still there the next day I post on answers.launchpad.net/launchpad [23:24] OK
