[01:22] <cbpye> so I'm having a recurring issue and I'm puzzled by it.  This is the third time that I've rebooted and had to manually switch terminals to Terminal 1, where I am greeted by an initramfs prompt.
[01:23] <cbpye> I can do a fsck to get back in, but since there's been an error the root partition gets mounted ro, and I'm unable to reinstall/purge anything.
