[07:10] Good morning [07:25] anakit was added by: anakit [07:27] My kubuntu is blank screen.but cursor is active === Tiger3018_ is now known as Tiger3018 [10:58] @LuxoCrypto, Bump [11:02] 'Morning folks === DLFRDG is now known as dilfridge === Lord_of_Life_ is now known as Lord_of_Life === himcesjf_ is now known as him-cesjf [21:33] yo, uh, so, I'm trying to export a .png from Krita and it just won't give me the option [21:33] It doesn't show up in the formats dropdown [21:33] Just did apt install krita on Kubuntu Bionic [21:33] No funny business that I am aware of [21:33] am I missing something? [21:34] I tried Google but as far as I can tell no one else has ever had this problem [21:37] Pinkerton: https://docs.krita.org/fr/tutorials/saving-for-the-web.html ? [21:37] I have looked at this already [21:37] The problem is PNG is not exposed as an option when I follow these directions. [21:38] I can do JPG or pretty much anything else [21:38] Just not PNG, weirdly [21:38] hmmm I don't use Krita myself, mostly Gwenview [21:38] Pinkerton: has to be some feature, maybe a mask or need to be "flattened" or layer [21:38] I have done this as well [21:39] Are you using File->Export and not File->Save As ? [21:42] It's conceivable you might need some additional graphics libraries for conversion to work, like libpng [21:42] We figured it out in #krita [21:43] The filetype selection dropdown doesn't respond to mousewheel input and the scrollbar is very unintrusive [21:43] So I scrolled over it and mistakenly thought there were no options [21:43] When I grabbed the scrollbar manually I was able to find it and it works as intended [21:44] my bad guys [21:44] hmmm all is well that ends well
