[14:16] <tim_> long time linux/xubuntu user - just did a fresh install of 18.10 and now the right-click menu is gone in thunar ... when I right-click drag-and-drop a file, it moves the file as soon as I release the mouse

[14:16] <tim_> this makes it impossible to differentiate between copy and move without copy/pasting the file ...... its like an old system7 macintosh from the 90s ....
