[15:23] <Cosmos> I have installed Xubuntu 18.04.1 and in trying to transfer large files to USB, the transfer pauses for many seconds between short spurts of data. Why can't it continuously transfer to the USB device like Windows does?

[15:45] <Cosmos> No, I formatted the USB sticks on the Xubuntu box.
