[04:16] <saxonww> I realize TLS is not really necessary from a package security perspective, but my ISP has some kind of proxying set up such that it hijacks http, and it frequently breaks, leaving me unable to apt upgrade. I was able to use an https mirror to work around this with the main Ubuntu repos, so I was hoping to find similar mirrors for ppa.
