[14:47] <esa1975> Has anyone noticed that on 19.04 seemingly any flatpaks requiring org.kde.Platform take several minutes to launch? Examples include Telegram Desktop and kdnelive. If I launch from the terminal with something like `flatpak run -v org.telegram.desktop' it gets to running bwrap and just sits for 1-3 minutes.
