nullkuhl | is there any way to change font size for digital clock in plasma 5 ?? | 22:09 |
mparillo | Directly from Configure Digital Clock > Appearance? I don't see it. You can pick a font that looks bigger, or make it bold. My guess...you need to know how to adjust your theme, and I think that means CSS. But hang around, you might get a better answer. It is getting late on a Sunday night in Europe, where a lot of posters live. | 22:14 |
mparillo | So, you CAN go to System Settings > Fonts, but I assume that will change in many places. | 22:16 |
IrcsomeBot | <DarinMiller> The panel clock font is dependent on the panel size....adjust the panel size to change the font. | 22:29 |
nullkuhl | @mparillo that changes the font but not the size of the font, switching to a completely different font isnt really a solution | 22:32 |
nullkuhl | @mparillo i switched to eventcalendar for now but thanks for help | 22:33 |

whitewolf__ | Im having trouble with my dual display going in and out then stopping will using propritary drivers from nvidia site fix this | 23:19 |
valorie | using drivers from a site is not a good idea, whitewolf__ | 23:26 |
valorie | if you want to try them out, use `ubuntu-drivers` | 23:27 |
valorie | !ubuntu-drivers | 23:27 |
valorie | boo | 23:27 |
valorie | !info ubuntu-drivers | 23:27 |
ubottu | Package ubuntu-drivers does not exist in bionic | 23:27 |
whitewolf__ | thx so probally add there repo for drivers | 23:28 |
valorie | well, there are various repos; once you have the appropriate ones added, you use ubuntu-drivers to install them correctly | 23:29 |
valorie | and change when needed | 23:29 |
valorie | I guess it isn't a package; just a service | 23:29 |
valorie | $ ubuntu-drivers | 23:30 |
valorie | usage: ubuntu-drivers [-h] [--package-list PATH] | 23:30 |
valorie | [--gpgpu [driver[:version][,driver[:version]]]] | 23:30 |
valorie | [--free-only] | 23:30 |
valorie | [<command>] | 23:30 |
