The problem is that on any distro from version 14 to 19, i get 4-6min boot time. the only exception is lubuntu on version 16.04 which im currently running. I tried to upgrade it to newer version as well as do clean install, but the problem persists.   is there any solution?
[17:01] <wxl> kiki788: depends on what the issue is. there have been some hardware-specific problems i've seen mentioned before on the forum. in other words, it doesn't happen for most people.
