[12:37] <guiverc> I replied with what I did; 20.04 & confirmed what user said.. new created user has UID=1001, GroupID=1002, where qa-install 20.04 gave UID=1000,gid=1001 for installed user.. thus as GID & UID were the same; they could read files... My box has UID=1000=GID but install was 17.10-alpha/beta
