[05:31] <Bashing-om> feoh: Either way will work - I have done both, My expereince is that a clean install is faster than finding and re-installing all the apps I use from 19.10.

[05:46] <Bashing-om> feoh: What I found in a in-release upgrade is that the universe repo is not enabled, and all my apps from the universe repo were removed in 20.04.
