=== s0rcerer is now known as sorcerer [09:11] Apologies if this has been said a thousand times, but the download links for 18.04 refer to and point to 18.04.3 which does not exist, although one can download 18.04.4 from mirror sites. [09:12] Simon: That's a good advice, thank you. Could you maybe make a bug report for that? [09:12] This is the page: https://xubuntu.org/release/18-04/ [09:12] !bug [09:12] If you find a bug in Ubuntu or any of its official !flavors, please report it using the command « ubuntu-bug » - See https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs for other ways to report bugs. [09:12] s/advice/report/ [09:25] I can't work out how to do so using 'ubuntu-bug' since there is no package to refer to and 'Other' is not accepted. I'll try launchpad.net instead. [09:56] Done. https://bugs.launchpad.net/xubuntu-website/+bug/1863467 [09:56] Launchpad bug 1863467 in Xubuntu Website "Torrent download text says and points to 18.04.3 and fails as 18.04.4 is current." [Undecided,New] [10:02] Simon: thanks [23:22] Hello, can i bother someone with a question? [23:26] dex1: sure [23:26] but keep in mind [23:26] !ask [23:26] Please don't ask to ask a question, simply ask the question (all on ONE line and in the channel, so that others can read and follow it easily). If anyone knows the answer they will most likely reply. :-) See also !patience [23:30] Ups sry, its my first time here. So basically i'm trying to stop my SSH key passphrase from being added to the ssh agent. I tried to delete it but it doesn't work. I tried ssh-add -d and -D but it doesn't delete it... [23:31] what's your motivation for doing that ? [23:33] http://rabexc.org/posts/pitfalls-of-ssh-agents [23:37] Well i could say it's for safety but if i'm being honest at this point is more because i want to figure out how to do it. I tried ubuntu before xubuntu and this didn't happen, it would ask me for the passphrase every time. I guess i'm just stubborn and don't like to give up to get things working the way i want xD [23:38] I thought it would be easier, just some config or something [23:40] But if its something too hard to change, it's probably not worth the effort anyway, i guess i need to learn to let it go and not obsess over stuff like this [23:41] see if that link I pasted helps. I don't reall use ssh much [23:42] thanks, will do
