[23:33] <eylul[m]> then it would somehow not save that, and still show GIMP as top option next time I opened the options

[23:33] <Eickmeyer> Plasma makes it so easy to do that. No other DE has that capability without jumping through hoops.
[23:34] <eylul[m]> but remove GIMP completely from the list of available programs, and that works.
[23:34] <eylul[m]> is too mystified to even file a bug
[23:35] <Eickmeyer> Newer version of GIMP in 20.04, so there *might* be a fix.
