[18:23] <AppAraat[m]> hello, I'm trying to watch a movie over a HDMI display, and in ubuntustudio-controls, in Jack Master Device I chose 0, 1 and 2. Even tried restarting JACK for every choice. Yet I can't seem to get audio coming through the HDMI display.

[22:55] <AppAraat[m]> Ok, so I completely disabled JACK and went with PA only. Selected output there and that seemed to do the trick.
