| boxemall | hi folks. i recently updated to 20.04 and ever since i can't print anymore with my hp envy 5000. i used the official HPLIP utility but somehow it doesn't work. i used to have the printer running in WIFI mode and all was well. now all i can do is print the test page which weirdly enough gets printed. any other document is either blank or weird hyroglyphics instead of letters. i'm absolutely clueless. can anyone help me? | 17:52 |
