[13:22] <hggdh> interestingly, since about 3 days ago, I see systemd running continuously on one core, and apport-autoreport.service being continuously restarted. systemctl (stop|disable) apport-autoreport.service reports unit unknown.
[13:24] <hggdh> booting in recovery mode results in an unusable terminal due to the hundreds (thousands?) of apport-autoreport.service init failures. Booting in graphical works, just slow.
[13:25] <hggdh> setting /etc/default/apport enabled=0 makes no difference. Eventually I apt --purge apport, and system is stable now. Ideas are welcome
