[10:48] <kajetan> Hi, I'm experiencing an annoying issue on Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS. Basically when the screen is still, like when you are looking at a text editor or something "static" I can easly spot kind of wave noise in the background, like the one you can see when the monitor is not synced. As soon I move the mouse, it stops and starts again after few seconds.
[10:51] <kajetan> I'm on a laptop, LCD screen then. Refresh is set to 60Hz and is the same suggested by xrandr. Any idea?
